The rental conditions indicated below are an integral part of the contract. This is a preview of the rental contract that will be stipulated in the store when collecting the rented equipment. Regulations may vary depending on location and rental shop. We invite you to view the actual regulations in store.

  1. The lessee assumes full responsibility for the rented products
  2. The lessee declares to collect the rented material in perfect working order and maintenance. Any damage must be reported and reported to the landlord in advance
  3. In case of inadequate treatment and/or vandal damage to the rented material, the repair will be charged to the lessee according to the repair price list in force.
  4. In case of problems, the replacement of the rented product, during the duration of the contract, with material of equal value is always possible (subject to availability).
  5. The lessor is expressly exempted from any liability relating to accidents with damage to property and/or people caused by the lessee and/or third parties.
  6. This rental contract is valid only if completed in its entirety upon presentation of a document valid for the rental period requested and countersigned by an adult/major.
  7. The returns of rented materials must take place within the official opening hours, published in the various service branches.
  8. If the material cannot be returned by closing time, the rental company must be notified by telephone by calling the hotline: +39 0473 201500
  9. The material is not insured, in case of total breakage, damage or theft, the material in question will be charged to the tenant according to the market value.
  10. Optional breakage and damage cover (bike only) is available for an additional 10% of the rental price and an excess of 25% of the market value. It is the renter’s responsibility to inquire when the equipment is collected.
  11. In the event of theft, the tenant is still obliged to file a report with the police forces
  12. By signing, the group representative assumes responsibility for all rental items
